Users are responsible for providing accurate information when using the platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account access (such as phone number or login method).
Any activity performed through a user account is considered the responsibility of that user.
3. Prediction System & Lucky Draw Transparency
Free-to-Play Platform
Tawaqo is an entertainment and prediction platform. Entry into lucky draws is earned through participation and correct predictions.
Entry Records
Each valid entry generates a unique, non-duplicable serial number used for draw tracking.
Draw Results
Winners are selected through a randomized system. Results shown in the user dashboard are final and binding.
4. Lucky Coins & Virtual Credits
No Cash Value
Lucky Coins are in-app virtual credits. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or traded outside the platform.
Optional Purchases
Purchasing Lucky Coins is completely optional and intended only to enhance participation. Buying coins does not guarantee winning any prize.
5. Telecom & Digital Services
Final Transactions
All mobile recharge, data, or digital service purchases are final.
User Responsibility
Tawaqo acts as a service facilitator. If incorrect phone numbers or account details are provided, refunds or reversals cannot be guaranteed.
6. Anti-Fraud & Fair Use Policy
Strictly Prohibited
Use of bots, scripts, VPNs to bypass regional rules, or creation of multiple accounts (including coordinated or automated activity) is not allowed.
Verification
Tawaqo may request identity verification (KYC) before awarding high-value prizes.
Right to Disqualify
If suspicious activity or rule violations are detected, Tawaqo may cancel entries, invalidate serial numbers, or withhold prizes without liability.
7. Service Disruption & Event Changes
Tawaqo is not liable for any loss of opportunity, entries, or data resulting from technical interruptions, server maintenance, or external factors beyond our control.
In cases where a real-world event (such as a match or competition) is canceled, postponed, or its results are disputed, Tawaqo reserves the sole right to decide how related predictions and entries are handled, including voiding them if necessary.
8. Taxes, Fees, and Third-Party Costs
Users are solely responsible for any applicable local taxes, customs duties, or processing fees imposed by third-party providers or government authorities in their respective jurisdictions within the MENA region.
Tawaqo does not cover any external costs related to receiving or using prizes or digital services.
9. Prize Expiry & Claims
All prizes must be claimed within the timeframe stated in the winner notification or the official announcement for that draw.
If a prize is not claimed or required verification is not completed within the specified period, the prize will be considered forfeited and Tawaqo may void the award without any liability.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tawaqo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the platform.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Tawaqo harmless from any claims arising from violations of these Terms and Conditions.
